Welcome to WorkVirtual - Tools and Training for the Alternative
Office
WorkVirtual is a consulting firm specializing in helping companies make the transition
from a traditional office to the high-energy, dynamic, virtual offices of the
digital economy. Through a process of consulting, facilitation, and training, we help you
invent your own Office of the Future.
Design
We work with your existing architects and contractors to create a workspace which
meets your strategic intent and suits your company's unique corporate culture.
Technology
We help your own IT staff design new network strategies (often merely reconfiguring
existing resources) to transform your archipelago of personal computers into a shared,
collaborative environment.
Change Management
The transition to alternative workspaces requires more than simply packing and
moving. Employees need to understand the mission and be given the psychological tools
which will allow them to invent the project's success. We offer a change management
workshop that helps your executives and employees "take ownership" of the move.
